It's changed a lot I lived here in 1972. That was forty years ago. Back then, the place was almost new. It was clean, neighbors were friendly and it was very safe and quiet. Obviously it has changed!!! Back in '72, it was like being in a small, friendly town.

Ex Resident of Plaza I've been living at Plaza for year and half.There were ants in the appartment. I had my car stolen from the parking lot, scratched several times.The worst management ever, I can not get my deposit back for 4 and half months already. It's just a nightmare.

This is a ggod place to live. I have heard of all the anger about the old managers. It never seemed that bad to me. The building was always clean, the upkeep was and is good and the apartments are large. I did not mind the old managers. However, I like the new manager better. Very nice

WOODMAN HELLHOLE This place ----en sucks!!! You pay for non-existent security. The manager ignores you unless he's yelling at you, you can't get a hold of the management company< LANDMARK> they don't give out number. So you have to deal with the manager but he's the problem.
