the lights are on but nobody is home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   the apartment location is in a quiet low key community, however management is poor, little if any oversight by managers to clean the property, in fact if the gardener never showed, trash and cigarette butts which are blown away by the gardener's blower would bulid up regularly, trash is walked over by the managers on a daily basis from the mailbox to the carport area. The managers hold every resident accountable for repairs that are normal breakdowns for apartment living, managers are slow to repair anything, and when repairs are requested it takes four requests or more, or if it is repaired it is poorly done, or even not repaired at all. It has been seen that the managers repair and fix their own apartment without deay, making new renovations, and assuring their comforts are not denied. Managers (one who is at home all day long) utilize the wash room at any time free of charge (they are supposed to pay) while demanding that the residents wash at certain hours.
