Not worth the rent. I lived here for about six months in 2003. Now, I will say that the apartments are in a beautiful part of Long Beach. The scenery is incredible, especially if you are a walker/runner and you do your exercising on the hill. Sunsets are something else.

Gone downhill Probably due to ownership changes, but this place has become much less desirable in the last few years. Constant rent increases, with 2 this year including a 20% bump just recently. It's on par with other rents in the general area, but for the price you can get a lot better
