I have lived in these apartment for about 15 years and this is the worst managers and maintenance team that has ever been here and I have been though 4 managers and 7 maintenance men and the last 2 managers and maintenanace cared about the residents and not the ol mighty dollar....The new management does not care who they rent to, the complex never was so dirty and only had one sign outside, now there are more signs and it seems that anybody can qualify by what has moved in recently...I dont feel safe in this complex anymore...We are suppose to have a courtesy officer but with the 8 break ins of cars, the domestics in the complex I really dont think he is doing his courtesy officer job, and the police are called practically on a weekly basis when before this was the best place to live and the police were hardly here....They are not upgrading apartments for old tenants, only for new tenants and for themselves as you can see in the office, so the change in managers and maintenance was for the worst...whoever wrote the prior rating must be an employee of the apartments because I have heard nothing but the worst, when my lease is up I will be moving unless they get better management...
