The new management that moved is rude and couldn't care less about the long time tennants that have always paid their rent on time! They let poor and unsafe living conditions go without a care in the world and then blame everyone but themselves for the repairs not being taken care of. During construction of their "new office" no one was available for management issues. The parking is distributed very unfairly! Some people are parked right outside their apratments and others have to hike to their car. There are always shady looking people hanging about in the parking lot and cars seem to broken in to on a daily basis! Mail disappears without a trace! There are tennants that are constantly having all night parties and stomping around, running up and down the stairs...again, mangement doesn't do anything about that either. Clothes get stolen out of the laundry room. When the new management company moved in...they hung up signs on every post there was regarding paying rent on time! This was something they should have taken up with the people that they had a problem with instead of embarrassing all the good tennants. I was embarrassed when my friends showed up and saw all these stupid signs! This was a nice and safe place to live once upon a time. Not anymore! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
