Worst place to live since old manager left

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
The complex has been going down, down, do since the old manager has not been there...They have no manager on sight to watch over the place and security is the worst lately...The office people are rude and dont help anybody just want the high rents and anybody move in
