I had the pleasure of working at this community 5-6 years ago. I know the manager well. She is a wonderful lady who cares about the property and the residents. She is a good manager who keeps an eye out for what is going on at this property and keeps everything running smoothly. Her husband does a supreme job on maintenance. I have found during my career in property management that it is usually the people who have the most problems following the rules that have the biggest complaints. Pay no attention to the loser tenant who makes mean comments about someone who is just doing their job. The opinion of someone who uses this forum simply to make personal insults about the manager rather than give constructive opinions is not worth reading. Obviously this person has nothing better to do and probably has been reprimanded for breach of lease or rules at one point or another. Go and see for yourself what a fabulous community this is.
