The maintenance team is a little off, but Josh is good. Too bad they don't have another maintenance man of his caliber because, everyone else seems like they don't know anything maintenance wise.

I like the office staff a lot, Traci is nice and Ambrose is very good too. I do worry about the security as there is none on site. This is an issue as the gates are constantly piggy-backed and I see people waiting in the guest parking who enter once a person with a gate opener comes in. Lot of minors drinking alcohol at the hot tub sometimes too.

The remodeled apartments themselves are very nice but be sure to check everything. Some things don't work well, like the plumbing, and the only maintenance guy who speaks english is very busy, so most (all) of the renovations are being done by non-english speaking crews.
