The apartments at a glance are very nice but once you look closely at the paint and the the upgrades there are serious problems. The paint job is horrible and the molding to crooked. The kitchen is decieving. You think that you have adequete space but the cabinets are shallow and narrow, and there are only 2 shelves in the overhead cabinets which is useless storage. The kitchen is ridiculously narrow. I can't open the fridge door all the way. When it is halfway open it hits the pantry on the other side. There is NO WAY 2 people can be standing in there at once. I have to stand to the side enable to open the oven door. The bathroom is great, although the vanity has useless space, and the linen closet is a joke. The other closets, however are great if you add more shelving yourself. The patios on the lower floors are GREAT!! Alot of space. The noise, however, if you live downstairs, you better get earpluggs, because you hear EVERYTHING!! Every step every door closing and opening, even walking to the bathroom. The hardwood floors are nice but if you live on the lower floor good luck to you. The complex is nice but the tenants let there kids run around all the time unsupervised riding there bikes through the breezeways. The tenants are really good about cleaning up after their dogs. Unfortunatley, there are some "unclassy" tenants that go around smoking and having parties with their "unclassy" friends. There are alot of these tenants that have moved in here in the pass year. Parking is fine they ive you assigned spots. But there are sometimes when visitors of tenants just park anywhere and it can very annoying. But for the most part, matinence is good, the mangement is not a problem, although, Traci, is really crazy, but harmless. The rent is high for the size of the apartments. The major problem for me is the noise. Don't get a lower, and you choose an upper be kind to the people below you:-).
