This is a great place and it looks very nice. The landscaping is new and upkept, the place is kept clean. The only problem is that it is a little loud. Can hear a lot of stuff, even on the third floor. The inside of the apartment is nice and cozy, garage is very long, but the way the outside is designed it almost looks like your car will not fit. Overall the place is great and the staff is very helpful. Plenty of staff to help the large community with any needs. 24 hour gym, movie theatre, two pools, great for college kids. Only been here for a while so hopefully it will be good for the remaining lease.

Great for college kids because there are parties almost every night so if you are a working person from 9 to 5 it is out of control and the management will not do anything about the noise and are not helpful at all.

I work 9 to 5 and I'm a college student living in the complex as well and I can somehow manage. Please grow a pair and complain to the residents themselves and not the management. :]

Since when is Archstone advertised as a college dorm?? Have some respect for you neighbors and keep it down. We aren't all college kids! Some of us are working parents who would like to have our kids asleep at a decent hour so they can function at school. Archstone advertises to cater to families not college students. If it were the other way around, you'd see a pub instead of a playground. Have some consideration.
