Nice looking complex but most of the residents are young and ready to party. There has been night after night of parties until the wee hours. There is also riff raff that wonders over from the mall across the street. Teenagers looking for trouble. If your looking to live like it's a weekend every night of the week this is the place for you. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful keep looking.

Suprising that someone can get a degree and a well paying job before the age of 25 these days, oh wait its not. Who says "youngins" if your still using this term maybe the best place to go is an elderly home. Its an apartment complex and most people use this as a stepping stone to purchase a home, if you've lived in an apartment before you'll know that not all residents are asleep at 10pm

How can the youngins even afford to live there? How does anyone afford to live there? I'd suggest you read up on wages vs. cost of living in the Simi Valley area. Did you know that we're having trouble getting firemen and police officers on the force because they can't afford to live here?

Everyone has a right to live in peace and quiet. If the younger crowd can't be respectful enough to keep the volume down after a certain time, then they should expect to have complaints. Archstone isn't a college dorm. It's time to grow up and act like mature, respectable adults!!
