Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Archstone bought this property about 4 months ago and since then it went downhill. Loud place, people speeding on the parking lot and lots of partying people makes a nice place to become trash. I moved out and even returning the apartment in better condition compared to when I picked up, I was charged all my deposit plus more. They claim that regardless the condition your return they must clean their way to sanitize the apartment. Renters, be aware. Expensive rent, poor service and loud neighborhood.
