This was the worst apt. experience I have ever had and the rent was the most I have ever paid. My husband and I rented an apt. for one year and had to leave due to the noise from our neighbors and the entire complex (cars, people, trash, mall, etc...). The management was very unhelpful in regards to the noise even though it stated in our original lease that tenants could be evicted due to noise disturbances (so they stayed we left).

We were also outraged to hear about all of the move out expenses we were to incur upon vacating the apt. These charges were not stated in the lease or up front in any paperwork given to us at the time of signing, they only state you will be charged for "normal wear and tear". Regardless of the condition of your apt. you still get charged.

I cannot stress enough how uphappy my husband and I are with our experience and would caution anyone who wants to move in to make sure you know what you are getting into before signing anything (fees, noise, etc...). Note the management will not be on your side and will not help you once you sign your lease and give them your money.

If you dont like the noice go buy a house!!! I would bet that this person chose one of the apartments facing the mall in hopes for the view or next to the trash area, please think before you purchase anything look at your surrounding before buying

You are incorrect in your response ...we had an apt. on the second floor facing the parking lot towards the middle of the building. Understandably apts. are going to be noisy but after living at several apt. complexes over the years this one was the worst. The people living around us were also very inconsiderate and the management did not care nor were they helpful in solving the noise issue. We would have stayed but choose to leave due to our best interest thus again I would caution anyone to understand what they may experience if moving into this complex.

Did you try to fight the extra charges? I find myself in that position of them making ridiculous charges for normal wear and tear.
