We've lived here for almost a year now. It's been a good experience for the most part. But I'm concerned about the complaints I'm seeing here regarding move-out charges--scary. I'll keep that in mind if we decide not to renew our lease. So far we've had nothing but good experiences with the management staff.

I have to agree with the other comments regarding the noise, though. Some nights it's okay, but we've had to call the patrol and sometimes even the police due to people being loud in the pool/spa area after hours and ignoring our polite requests to keep it down. There are a lot of young and inconsiderate renters here, unfortunately. I have to wonder how they afford the place, honestly. However, we have had ZERO noise from above us or our immediate neighbors. We never hear anything through the walls or the ceiling--only from outside the building. Not sure if we just got lucky and had good side/above neighbors or what.

The interior of our apartment is nicer than usual. Crown molding, new appliances, extra large master bathtub, washer/dryer included (LOVE that). I really like the layout and interior of our apartment--it's just the other people that live around here that need some work.

Parking is adequate--barely. As the occupancy rate here goes up (last I checked, it was at 70%), the parking gets more and more full, so it may cease to be adequate at 100%. We'll see. Some units get a garage, the others get one covered parking space, and any uncovered space is fair game.

Ground maintenance folks are hard at work every day, it seems. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained, and the few times I have taken advantage of the pool or spa, both were very clean.
