I still live at Archstone and see this all the time, I think its a great place to live you pay for what you get and trust me in saying this is not the cheapest place to stay. Usually my roomates and I(total 3 people) are living in a 3 bedroom apartment right next to the pool so far the people below us are quiet and same with above, unfortunately we were a bit loud one night and when our neighbors asked us to turn down the volume we complied instantly. That what I want inform you so far the people I see around the complex are nice people but this is a large complex and you roll the dice, maybe I got lucky but when i walk to my car or see people in the hall Im greeted with a smile or a hello. The interior of the apartment is always well designed as expected from a luxory apartment, parking like quoted in previous reviews is less then satisfactory especially if you arrive after 9ish but so far in every other apartment complex Ive seen thats just the way it is. People complain all the time but in other reviews you'll notice that they never went to the source and asked the people to be quiet, Im guessing if they did they were rude, harsh, and upset as they should be but to come across as an ------- is going to be responded in turn as such. Overall I cant speak for everyone but on my end of the complex people seem reasonable and try to stay within the rules being you cant change other people if you are worried about who your neighbors are going to be and about how the pool is, meet the neighbors and ask them you'll find most are very nice people and in regards to the management, we've had three problems in our apartment and all three were fixed within 24 hours. Oh and so far I have never seen a police officer or patrol car on my side of the apartment complex but like I said previously its a big complex, unfortunately my roomate is an officer if that provides you with any security or assurance.
