It is the most expensive apartment complex in Simi Valley. Also, all residents are assessed a standard move out fee for at least $270.
Also, living on the third floor, you can hear the metal clanging on the roof whenever the wind blows - which is all the time from Oct - Feb.

However, their gym and pool are good. It is walking distance from the mall. Maybe that justifies the price.

As another reviewer posted, has ANYONE had ANY luck getting a reasonably priced apartment in Simi Valley, with good facilities and clean apts' Seems impossible.
