Despite what some may say, Archstone is a great place. My husband and I lived in another complex in Simi and dealt with low quality fixtures, termites, paper thin walls, and neglectful maintenance. Archstone provides a safe place to live that is quick to respond and fix maintenance requests. It is a very clean place that has middle line appliances and fixtures. We have been very happy here. One of the best apartments we have lived in.
