I have lived here with my husband for over a year now, and its been awesome, the grounds are just beautiful, the apt are beautiful inside and out with views, views and views. Maint will fix any problem same day, Very safe community, staff is extremely nice. Moving here has been such a reward for us, we are older people so its nice to live where there is so much peace and beauty.

Please if you do move out, make sure to videotape the conditions in which you leave the place. The company has been charging people for normal wear and tear, things like repainting, new carpets, etc. Don't know if they are actually replacing things, but it seems alot of people have been charged these extras when the leave.
