This has to be the worse place to rent from. The ants are out of control. The management is pretty much useless. The rent is the only reasonable thing about this place. However, utilities are not included. The city has shut the pool down due to poor maintenance health concerns but management still lets people swim in it. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.

Actually the county of Ventura shut the pool down. I wouldnt swim in it anyway. Its crawling with germs and who knows what. I agree that place is an ant trap!

Since they have the pool shut down for 2 months I'd like know when we the tenants are going to get some sort of reimbursment? Since the complex brags about how the pool is included in the rent, when will we see compensation for this? Since they don't know how to keep a pool clean. I hate living at this dump. I am roommates with ants. Everyday I spray inside and outside, seet up traps. I spend so much money on trying to get rid of these ants and the complex does NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard someone called the county of Ventura to tell them of management turning the other cheek and allowing tenants to utilize the pool. Apparently a video was made while both managers were on duty... Cant wait to see how this plays out...
