This apartment complex is a total nightmare! if you value you time money and sanity do not move here...nothing ever gets fixed! Our dishwasher has been broken for a month and our garbage disposal breaks down everytime you use it. Managment already knows and refuses to fix them. Our refrigerator that we leased from them broke down as well and when we contacted managment we basically got a letter saying tough luck. The lawn gets watered 3 times a day but they dont have the time or money to fix a garbage disposal! oh and if you want your deposit back good luck. I havent heard of one person ever getting a sent back in the last 6 months.Theres absolutley no parking. And if you park in their safely lit gated parking lot your likely to get car jacked like the poor woman a few months ago. Or more likely to get stabbed using the payphone at the corner like the 15 year old boy did last month. theres always at least 10 teenagers sitting on the steps into the wee hours of the morning causeing trouble. The leasing office has given us four notices by "mistake" that we have an outstanding balance due in the last 3 months! The laundry room is a joke nothing ever works.Anyone with any sense is moving the second there lease is up.
