first off the managment had a meetin with all the residents basically saying they were thinking about turning the apartments into condos and or townhomes eventually. Then about two weeks later SOME of the residents recieved certified letters stating that they had to be out within 180 days because they were turning the apartments into townhomes...some residents fell for this and moved out and now those apartments are being rented out fro 200 dollars more a month...sound a little fishy to anyone else' The managment lies to you and tells you things will get fixed and dont. they water the lawns 3 or 4 times a day but dont clean the pool or the laundry rooms. In the winter time most of the apartment complex floods because no one cleans out drains. The simi valley gang unit is always driving by or chasing after someone who lives or hangs out in the apartment complex. and the manager always has a sign thats say be back at 6 or 6:30 but the office closes at 5:30 and its posted by 7 in the morning when the office isnt even open yet. Sometimes hes even sitting there and the doors locked and he just ignores people. This is the worst place i have ever lived in by far. My family and i cant wait to move...if we had the money we would just break the lease and get the hell out of here.

This comment was probably posted by someone in managment... seeing how they get a 9% out of 100 I would be a little upset too.

I lived in this place four years and it was home to my family and I the first 2 1/2 years. We survived the cops being there 5-7 days a week and all of the gangsters and meth users just started appearing out of no where. Erik the manager is a pompous ass with no back bone. He should not be in this position. He has no idea what the hell he is doing. Simi is an expensive place and I can see how it would be hard to break a lease when the money isn't there. My advice to you wait til your lease is up then move. Don't GIVE them the opportunity to sell out to another family for more money sooner than they should. Ohh, and don't bother calling Michelle she is the biggest ----- of all!!!!! |
