Poorly manage

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
 
This has been the worse experience ever, when we need reapairs it took them 3 weeks to come and check what was the problem, after they checked,it took them a hole month to replace a faucet, fix the heater, and they never came to fix the electrical outlets, or the carpet and many other problems, "by the way the manager is not a profecional person at all".
