Management is hopeless

I have stayed in this place for 3 months and am already planning to move out. For the reasons: The Manager Ms. Joann is a old jerk, she does not know how to treat her tenants well. The pool is highly contaminated, and it would be a lie if anyone says that the pool is a good place to be. It is only been recently closed until further notice by the health dept. because of lack of maintenance. Yes, there is absolutely no maintenance at all.

I was especially shocked to hear her speak to me today when I invited guests to stay at my place, and was trying to convince her that they would be there for a few more days. I am not sure but for some apparent reason she began to tell me that I have broken the lease and would have to tell the guests to leave or leave along with them. I felt quite insulted, and am planning to do the same.

regards
