	Never had a problem with the manager, really quiet and well maintained. It's close to shopping and the freeway, has a great pool and garden like landscaping. The only problem person moved out.

	The pool was recently closed by health authorities. The laundry room is never cleaned. Walls are paper thin. Rent too high for what you get.
