not bad...decent neighbors and location

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1998
Rented two different three-bedroom units: both were fairly quiet upstairs units.
Laundry facilities adequate...but busy.
Safety not really an issue...never had a problem from 1994 thru late 1998. Parking is OK...but tenants sometimes got territorial over 'their' spaces. Use caution, and you'll be ok.
Staff readily available and helpful.
