I just found this site (apartmentratings.com) and the first thing I did to check the accuracy of the reviews here was to look up old Creekside. The relatively high number of very bad reviews for Creekside gives me faith in this site.

It is all true. I left there about two years ago and it was so bad that even now I'm willing to spend some time writing this to warn off others. People here will park in your parking space, party until 3:00 AM upstairs, sell drugs, pile trash on their balcony (which keeps the roach population healthy), hang out in front of your door and not move when you try to get into your own apartment, shout rude things at your girlfriend. The young kids will use your balcony as a goal and kick soccer balls into your sliding glass door with a BANG four times an afternoon, every afternoon, leaving hexagon shaped mudprints on the glass; and they'll play hide and go seek in the parking lot, hiding under your car even as you back out, and run in front of you to escape from being tagged. You'll hear older kids yelling into cell phones about their fight or abortion or murdered gangster friend or orgy or trial date or whatever... The people you deal with in the management office may be freindly, but the owners they represent make bad decisions. The bathrooms and kitchens have fresh layers of paint when you move in, after two months they peel away to reveal mold, mildew, and grease.

The existance of white people is frowned upon at Creekside. Just when you decide to give up your love of cultural diversity and hate all --------, some violent drunk idiot redneck will do or say something in front of you to put things in perspective. If you smoke, for goodness sake, smoke inside, because you could get into serious trouble with passers by if you spend much time on the balcony. Besides, tobbaco will mask the general smell of rot that pervades the complex.

The police show up at Creekside frequently but unfortunately they never shoot anyone.
