Place is a dump. Management is one step below feces.
If you value your car, forget about parking it there.
Like living South of the border' This is your kinda place. Maintenance educated in the school of dumb and slow.

I agree to that. I stayed in Creekside for 2 yrs. Management charges for every nicket & dime. You have to pay for water trash sewer gas electricity cable everything else. The office staff is horrible. Unhelpful, arrogant and rude. There are a lot of noisy kids and strange neighbours. One of the neighbours was a drug dealer !!!! until cops showed up and hauled them to jail. You can get much better deals elsewhere in Simi Valley.
