I saw the ratings while searching for the creekside website to sign up for online bill pay, and came across this ratings page. I was really shocked to read about horror stories and, what i believe, are complete lies.

Since my wife and daughter moved in 2 years ago, we have never experienced any problems with our neighbors, or even with management for that matter. The entire apartment staff is courteous and problems are handled in an extremely timely manner. I would never put my family and daughter in danger, they are my number one concern in life. With that said, i would not be living here if i had the slightest doubt that it was a shady community or unsafe in any manner .

I happen to be friends with 2 of the staff members who also live at this complex. They were actually the ones who recommended me to Creekside when i sold my home. Within the 2 year period i have lived here a 2 of my buddies have rented homes here and 1 is still currently a resident.

Look, on the level, an apartment is always gonna be an apartment. I still miss my home, however i am honestly happy here. Once in a while you get "apartment noise" but that comes with the territory. Its not Beverly Hills but it is safe comfortable place to live. They have many amenities to make life easier. There is an average amount of children and most are my daughters age. Which is nice because she can play when she gets home from school.

Finally i know that this place used to be called crackside but it is far from, its safe, its nice, and its an apartment home.

I have noticed that Creekside treats familys better than young adults. But I asure you, my review contains NO lies I have filed 2 seperate police reports. One directly about Rocio (the manager) and one in general about breaking and entering as well as a hit and run with my vehicle. The fire department has been to my previous residence due to a dangerous mold problem (which made me and my boyfriend ill) and had to come to our current residence due to a unit in the laundry room cathing on fire. It's nice that you're all happy living in and raising a family in the ghetto but in July 2007, our lease is up and we're moving to a complex with more class, better management, and nicer...bigger apartments. P.S if you ever have the time....call the police department...ask them what their opinion of Creekside, their reviews are worse than mine.

I completely agree with your posting 1 Red 540 and I am only 20 years old and I don't feel like I am being mistreated in anyway and I CERTAINLY DON'T THINK THIS PLACE IS THE GHETTO. I hope the person who posted a response leaves our community. We dont need trashy people who can't clean their own place at our community. Mold builds up because of mildew and a lack of cleaning so I have no sympathy for you or your "ill" boyfriend. 10 years ago this complex wasn't in the best shape and I bet police officers had their opinions. But ask a police officer what they think of it now. They will say that the community is in good shape and it has come a long way. And I wonder why that is... Probably becuase of the management and staff. Actually as a matter of fact my neighbor John actually is a cop and him and his family love it here. I could tell you are the same person who posted the other bad reviews about how your unit caught on fire and how you are leaving. Blah Blah Blah go get a life!!! p.s. Why don't you start writing bad reviews about your new home... can't wait to see what your lazy ass says next!! Can't wait until your out of here and I don't even know you.

I'm responding to the quote on 6/19. I recently was pulled over by the simi police dept, I can honestly say I was quite embarrassed to even mention I was driving home to my creekside apt. I think he noticed the disgust in my voice and that I'm not happy with my surroundings. I think I kind of agree that the police probably have some bad reviews on this place.
