My apartment had black mold, roaches, and smelled like old cirgarettes. The staff at Creekside were very nice to me when signing the lease, but the minute I signed they became rude and unresponsive. I was promised a long list of things when I moved in and never recieved any of it. Once I asked them to remove my black mold and they came in and re-did the bath tub instead.. mold still growing on the ceiling. The manager is an absolute b----. Once I waited for 15 minutes in the office to speak with her, while she chated away on the phone about a sale Macy's was having. What service. Bad parking, my doors are still covered with dings from living there, and once we received a notice we were being evicted when we had already paid the rent. The walls are paper thin and you here everything. And yes if you move to Creekside, its like moving across the boarder. Most people in Creekside don't even pay the full rent, the government has been nice enough to cover them. I DO NOT recommend this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will greatly regret it.

This person seems bitter. I've been here for a while and of course there is going to be noise from the neighbors. It's called "Apartment living" What do you expect living so close to other families. Every apartment complex I've lived in has had noise. I've had a couple of issues come up with my apartment and the staff worked with me to get the problem resolved. I admit the parking is a little on the tight side, thats probably the only beef I have with this place. You are pretty screwed if a big suv parks next to you. It wouldnt be so bad if half of the people would park straight. Anyways, overall I'm a happy renter.

I'm surprised the mold problem still exists. It was a main reason we moved. They say they've remodeled the apartments and I hope that means they fixed the mold problem as well. It was insanely bad when I lived there. I grew in the bathroom, on the windows and around the doors.

DUH? did you vent your bathroom...its probably not mold but mildew and that happens when you don't vent your bathroom after a hot shower. Grow up and stop complaining. If you want perfection...buy a freakin home. Be happy for once...geeeese

That is suppose to be a bonus about living in an apartment....it brakes they fix it......it creeps & crawls they kill it.....Mold grows they fix that too!! I had mold too! MOLD! it was in my bathroom, on the windowsills and there was even a BIG GREEN/BLACK patching growing on the wall in my living room. YOU have filthily mold growing right next to your kids and see how much you complain
