My daughters and I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we love it here.
My girls are 10 and 12 and they met some of their best friends here and I was worried first coming into an apartment complex that they would not get to know anybody but that is not the case at all.
I believe that the maintenance staff and the office staff handle things properly. I complained that there was a stain on my carpet during moving in two years ago and they got to it that day.
The move-in experience was great and everytime I go pay rent the office staff is really sweet and they ask how my apartment and family is.
I have never seen any roaches or mold in my apartment and I feel that those that have either have dirty neighbors or they are just dirty themselves.
I know this place does not have a great reputation but when I was apartment searching the leasing agent here at Creekside showed me my current apartment and it was really nice. The community really appealed to me as well and I am going on my third year and have no reason to move because I am happy.
My suggestion to everybody who comes to these websites to find their new home is to see the community for yourself. The people who write these bad reviews are those who are either getting evicted or management is trying to throw out because they have problems.

Well I personally chose to leave Creekside, but I lived there before the remodeling of the community and it may be different, but there was mold, none of which we could control, just growing in odd areas. We had a bug problem as well. From what I understand though they have redone the community since then and I believe replaced the windows as well and that was a big issue as to why there were bug and mold problems. I've never been evicted or have been thrown out. I know management has changed since I moved out as well.

I agree! I love living at creekside and have children myself. The staff is amazing and usually knows people by name...remember, its a 400 unit complex...does that tell you anything?
