First off...the rent is too high.
Common saying..."you get what you pay for" - not in this place!
Management will tell you they have concrete slabs between floors...not true!
We can hear people having sex loud and clear right thru the walls, that's right - we can hear you! and neighbors bumping music and t.v. from early am - 12midnight any given day/night. The train'...boy we cannot WAIT to move, tho the place has "double pane windows" it does nothing for the train noise. You can't hear a word of the t.v. or from anyone in the place if you're trying to talk as the train goes by.
The train passes several times a day and night and it's louder at night because it's Pacific Railroad trafficing thru the night holding down their horns as they pass, as if just to piss us all off. We're talking midnight, 2am, 4am and 5am - it never stops! Oh, did I mention that your apt. will shake like a 5.0 earthquake everytime the train passes' Ya, no kidding...every single time the train passes your whole unit shakes and all the fixtures, furniture, beds, even the toilet along with it!
Half the light switches don't work in the place and there's cracks all over the outside of the apt. units, due to the train shaking it up!
So don't be deceived. A good night's rest is not heard of here, it is not worth the headache! You've been forwarned.
