I repeat----DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This complex is terrible. Eye catching yes but you'll make the biggest mistake of your life. The noise level issues will never end. You never get used to the train. Especially when it comes blaring the whistle at ALL HOURS of the nite. Disregard the positive posts. It is total nonsense to believe that you can't hear your neighbors. The walls ARE INDEED paper thin. I could tell when my neighbor upstairs was urinating. The parking is terrible. The one spot you have is often taken by a non resident and managements solution is to take down the plates and report it and then'''' Nothing-- you will be forced to park in Timbuktu because there are not enough guest spots let alone resident spots close to your apartment. The size of the spots is also an issue if your neighbor is driving a gas guzzling behemoth. You'll need a can opener to park and get out of your car. DOOR DING HEAVEN. The grounds are nice but good luck in the summer when the buildings are overrun with birds and bird waste. It was like watching the heavens punish us with a plague of ----- birds. Your car will need a daily washing and you need to be careful leaving your apartment that you don't get "RAINED" on. The construction is cheap and rushed. During the windy season I saw three trees alone fall over and management took three days to do something about the trees. One light fixture fell from my ceiling and the plumbing is terrible. The office staff with the exception of Julia and the gentleman who works in her office is terrible. The manager of the property has a snobbish attitude and the assistant must be the apprentice. The rent is unheard of for what you get. Prior to moving out I paid a month to month rate for the final two months of 1610.00. Can you say rediculous. When I moved in a year in a half before I paid 1125.00. Thats an increase in rent of almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Do not be fooled this complex doesn't care about you they care about ripping you off and making a quick buck.
