Nice Outside, Hidden and Unclear Move Out Fee

I lived in hidden valley around 1 year. I was attracted with the newer apartment and the nice common ground laid out. Noise were ok, thanks for the reviews here. I already expected thin walls. I lived on the sides face the mountain, so the train doesn't bother me much. However, sometimes you can feel the building shakes when the train pass by. The common area are nice, but a lot of unresponsbile dog owner. You would find dog poo easily. Personally I felt safe in the complex, even burglary has been reported. However, I didn't like the design on the apartment complex in which anyone can look into your apartment even you lived on 3rd floor. Because your living room and bedroom window are on the hallway.
Anyway, I was super unhappy after I moved out and they deduct $200 from my deposit in which I never get my deposit deduct from other apartments before(due to I really clean the apartments). I was only aware on the lease "move out fee" charge on the day I move in. Therefore, you must sign it, otherwise you will be unable to move in. If I "clean" the apartment and they charge for $200, probably if you do a little bad job your whole deposit will be gone. Just want to let everyone aware of the move out charge. They never mention that when you visit the apartment.
