I lived in Hidden Valley Apartments for one year. The people and neighbors were great; However, there is a few negatives that everyone needs to know.

#1. The Metrolink and Train go by daily and is really loud and annoying. The train conductors just love to blow their horn whenever they go by the apartments.

#2. There has been many leaking / exploding water heaters (Above Hallway). It happened to me at 4am and there was not a repair guy there for 4 hours. After fighting with the evil manager ----- I finally got free new carpet and a small reduction in my rent along with future mold. The water heater still has a mind of its own and leaks.

#3. For 4-7 months of the year there is a bird infestation. Infestation meaning thousands of birds that the apartment management will not get rid of due to the bird being on the endangered list. The birds make nests right under the overhang of the buildings and tend to poop on cars. I was having to get 2-3 car washes a week.

#4. The new management (-----) is horrible. Tell her I said HI!

#5. The assigned parking is pointless and the numbers are totally off. The assigned spot I had was actually 4 buildings away from the building that I lived in. Management refused to give me a closer spot.

#6. You will not get your deposit back no matter how spotless your apartment is.

#7. The mail does not come on every day that it is suppose to.

#8. The renter is not sent the water bill. The apartment complex is involved with the water and you will get your water bill all at once for like the past 6 months.

#9. If you need a repair done you have to request it about 10x in the office before they even send a person out. I think it is part of their great protocol that they follow.
