You might think it's nice outside but come ine and find out for yourself. These are the things I've noticed after I paid full months deposit and signed a think lease agreement: Broken cabinet doors, cheap carpet, paint, blinds, plastic bathtubs, faux granite tops, cheap washing machine and dryer that takes 2 hours to dry a midium sized load, train that pass by 5 to 10 times a day and it's a stone-throw away. The construction is really cheap and this building can easilt collapse. The staff' They will give you the biggest smile to get your business but deep inside they are sharks. If you are late in paying rent after it is due, they begin the eviction process and it will cost you at least $100 a day for lagal fees. Believe me, I see a man walking around with thick files every month delivering eviction papers to the residents. They don't care.
