Did this person walk or even drive around the GORgeous complex before they rented? They might have seen the train track crossing and the METRO station, the Nature preserve where kids can hike the nature paths or stroll the paved bike trail adjacent to the property, and the HUGE PARK complete with walking trail, play area, soccer fields, softball diamonds, etc. a TWO minute walk down the street. Did s/he bother to read the forty some-odd page rental agreement before they signed it? EVERY SINGLE one of these concerns is detailed in it. For heaven's sake, my best friend thought I was buying the apartment, because her condo mortgage contract was shorter. The staff are darlings, and very attentive. Whenever you call with an issue,they get right on it. They replace anything that breaks within a day. They even have an emergency staff for when there's a plumbing emergency after hours. We have a guard who patrols every night. We had guy follow a woman home one night and take things from her patio. The very NEXT day, we all got a note on our door, warning us of the theft and telling us to take precautions. In fact, the staff here treat us in the same way my friend's mom is treated by HER building staff and she lives in a luxury highrise in Marina Del Rey with some of the Lakers. THIS is a luxury apartment complex. No, you can't bump your stereo. The reason the rest of us can afford this place is because we have busy jobs and careers and we need our rest. No, you can't let your kids run rampant, dumping your responsibility for them on everyone else and bothering everyone's peace and quiet, when you should be a parent and walk them to the park instead of parking yoruself on the couch or laying in bed. Yes, you have to pay your rent on time, this isn't your mama's house. We even get until the 5th. Yes, if you don't pay your rent, you will get a notice to pay or get out. If I had to pay the mortgage on this complex, I would want you replaced by someone else who would pay, too. I LOVE this place and any house I've considered moving to pales in comparison, unless it's a million or more.

This is a pleasant place to live...Calm environment..Safe surrounding...courteous staff..Easy accessebility to Train and Bus...With Albertsons right opposite and a huge playground suitable for kids and Elders.i love this place...
