The apartments are outdated and need to be remodeled. The ventilation in the bathrooms is so poor that mold grows constantly. The grounds are fairly well kept; however, the sprinklers break frequently and are not repaired timely. There are lights in the parking lot and in the complex that have been out since I have lived there. There are several cars in the parking lot that appear abandoned, management has been notified but nothing is done about them. The manager is sometimes rude and unfriendly.
