My family and i have been living here about 3 months and i just wanted to say this is a really nice place to live. Although the staff is busy they are usually pretty helpful. Every "fix it" request may not happen for a few days but I've never had it take more than that. The pool is always clean and the playground facilities are wonderful. Generally the residents are respectful and friendly (although you do have a few you wished would move but that in any apartment complex). The apartments themselves are extremley spacious and everthing works. The price is a little high but so is everywhere in Simi. I think you get what you pay for.
