My husband and I have lived here for several years and really love it! The maintenance staff has even gotten better and they really try to fix any problem as soon as they can.
The apartments aren't new however we really like the fact that even the office staff goes out of their way to take care of any issues.
If you check out other apartments in Simi you wil find this one really is pretty good!
