This is one of the least expensive places in Simi that I have found and it is very well kept up. Every time I call for maintenance the staff respond within an hour!! I have lived yere for a year and a half and reccomend it to everyone I can. Rates are going up but that's the case for all of Simi. I think whoever complains about this place hasn't lived in many apartments.
