We have lived here for over 3 years now and have had nothing but problems. The toilet is always a mess and recently it flooded and needed the carpet to be replaced. There were ants under the carpet and the apartment refused to kill them and plug up the holes before the carpet went down. We have ant problems almost daily and end up throwing away a lot of food. When they say a service person will be out to fix stuff they either wait till the last minute or never show up. We have bugs everyday. We have asked them to fix numerous things and they never do. They blame us if the toilet clogs up even if it has nothing to do with us. They blame us if we check the laundry and say we are peeping toms because we are just checking the laundry. Their carpet guys stole our daughter's MP3 player. We had stuff ruined in the toilet flood and they have yet to reimburse us for it or the hotel we had to stay in because it was toxic. They are always rude to us. The spa does not work and the pool is always dirty as is the spa. The grass is pretty much covered in sewage from the toilets and plumbing over flowing. So trust me and stay away from the grass. The pictures they show are the computer of how nice it is is a true lie. Kids pee in the pool and spa and they don't clean it out for days. The neighbors are loud and rude. Main line of the plumbing is always clogged and ends up on the lawn. The amount they charge for rent is rediculously over priced and goes up every year. We thought cause they were updating things and remodeling things but we have not received any updates or remodels. There is no microwave like in the pictures and the kitchen is not while and the appliances are not while or new like in the pictures. The draw next to the stove is too big to be open cause it hits to stove. So it's not useful. There are holes in the walls in the cabnet and the closet shelves are falling out and they have yet to fix them. The shower is so small you can't even try to take a bath in there. Trust me you wouldn't want to use it anyways. There is sludge and bugs coming out of the shower walls and they have yet to fix it. They sometimes claim they spray for bugs outside but there are still tons running around outside and if they are then they are causing more to come inside. Kids are always jumping their skateboards off stairs and walkways and nearly hitting people. People park in your spot and no one at the office does anything to move them. Sprinkers come on at different times and some are broken and flood the complex. Lights outside and in covered parking are broken alot. Mold is common in the apartment.

My husband and I have been residents at Indian Oaks for 8 years now and this review is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Every time we have had anything go wrong, they have fixed it within 24 hours. We have no bugs and they extra spray if we say anything about ants. Maybe it's this person's attitude that sets the complex on the defensive. Hmmmm!!!!

someone has too much time on their hands - responding to anyone that has a problem with Indian Oaks and getting so defensive. You like to blame all of the apartments problems on the tenants - Good luck to you!

My statement above is totally true. I wanna move, but with bad credit and unemployed tell me how to move without money? The place is a horror house. WE never give them an attitude and if anything we are too nice. We have never had this kind of problem except when we lived in a dump in Palmdale. The waterheater broke this past year upstairs and ours was about to because they failed to replace them 15 and 5 yrs ago when they were suppose to. The things were 25 yrs old and you are suppose to replace them every ten years. Took them months to do anything about the wall where the water came into the apartment. If you want a nice place to live and maintence that won't slap a bandaid on it then avoid this place like the plague. People move from here almost daily. So that tells you something.
