Beware - renting from AIMCO, a corporate behemoth will cause you nightmares. The vast majority of the positive ratings on this site are written by their shills in the management office. Read and ask your self, what tenant would write this' The sales person will smile and be kind until the lease is signed and they get their commission. After that, you are nothing. If you complain they will call you hostile and tell you are not allowed in the office. This is the same at most all of their properties. AIMCO owns hundred of apartments across the country and have caused a great deal of grief to tenants when living there and mostly when vacating. I speak from experience and have read the reviews. Careful - I posted a negative review a couple of months ago (Good staff but the neighbors - UGH) and was almost immediately blasted in a reply from an AIMCO employee who said it must be my bad attitude. That is how they deal with these complaints.
