I lived in this complex for 2 years. The oven door didn't open all the way and 2 drawers never opened either. I was told to live with it because the apartment was renovated and the new items didn't fit. Then a water pipe broke in my bathroom and they forced me to leave my apartment while I had bronchitis. They didn't turn my air conditioning off and proceeded to blow drywall dust all over my apartment. Wouldn't work with me when I lost my job to make payments with only 2 months left on lease. Instead turned me over to the sheriff. Staff is fake "nice" but in my opinion really heartless. Oh and no utilities included at all so that makes it rough. Most apartments had washer/dryer in unit but of course mine didn't.
