My apartment unit and the grounds are nice overall. However, the management company clearly puts its own interests before the tenants. Good luck if have you have specific maintenance issues that require quick and professional attention.

Installing amenities like kitchen faucet filters, hand held shower heads, etc. are frowned upon. In fact, they require renters insurance if you want to install certain amenities. Management also dictates what you can keep in your balcony. For example, you cannot leave a plastic milk bottle to water your plants next to your flowers because it is considered inappropriate to store recyclables on the patio.
