I have lived in Meadowood going on three years now. My one bedroom apartment is very small, but nice. The grounds are nice and well kept.
The bad is the rent increases!! The first year I renewed, the rent increased $60.00, which I actually found to be reasonable. Currently, I am ready to sign a new lease and was offered a lease with a monthly payment of $1,070.00!! This is a $100.00 per month increase over what I am currently paying. My 620 square foot little home is not worth $1,070.00!!
