I am having a huge problem with my downstairs neighbors and the neighbors in the building across from me. My downstairs neighbors party all weekend, and keep me up until 4:30 am. I have said something to management, but they have refused to do anything about it. The walls are pretty thin as I can hear the person below me snoring.

The neighbors across from me play their music so incredibly loud and the cops have been called on them a countless number of times without them stopping. Management and security doesn't do a thing.

I just don't feel safe with people all over the place screaming, and breaking stuff. Not a place I want to stay at.
