This place sucks. The parking is a joke. On a Friday night after 9 you have to park next door in the Vons parking lot and walk over. There is A LOT of drug activity in the complex, people playing in the pool at 3AM making a whole lot of noise, horrible hours for the laundry room, pool and fitness center, which are all crappy in their own sense. My cd's have gotten stolen out of my car. My girlfriends' car was broken into, the subwoofer was stolen and many other things thrashed. There are a lot of fights and the cops are usually always driving through hassling everyone that they see because of all the drug activity and fighting. There are often broken beer bottles in the pool area from kids there late at night. Drunk kids pissing off balconies, on the sidewalk, and on cars. The units are small, cramped, and maintinence takes as long as they want to get to your problem. My balcony railing was falling off, and is still falling off, because they don't deem it necessary to have a sturdy balcony rail. The AC has broken 3 times, and they've taken at least 3 or 4 days to come and fix it each time and billed me anywhere from $20 - $50 for maintenence. Please don't come to this apartment complex for your own safety and sanity. Too many drugs, too many sketchy kids and not enough comfort and only the bare minimum on basic necessities.
