I have lived here since march of this year and so far i love this property. I came from the fountains at moorpark which is supposed to be one of the safest towns in california...dont beleive that... anyway here i can walk my dog at anytime and not have to worry about anything. The office staff have always been nice to me and when i have a maintanence request i just have to call the 24 hr hotline which is really nice!
