Since there is always 2 sides to every story, I wonder how residents would feel if they were rated' Let's see - rude to staff, yelled at office staff because they got a notice to pay their rent, called and cussed them out, called the staff names, made threats, think they shouldn't be charged for damage or cleaning when they move-out, think the staff is there to cater to their every need and request and make exceptions for them even if it does jeopordize their own job, residents who don't read their lease and don't think they should have to give 30-day notice because their situation is different from everyone elses and then wonder why they get charged to honor a legal contract - (otherwise know as a lease). Added "rating" to apartmentratings.com because they are angry that the staff couldn't take every sob story they heard and make an exception for them. Maybe renters should work in a rental office for a week and then see how they feel. It would be very eye opening for them.
