I have lived here for about 7 months and I must say its not that bad. I actually prefer the new management to the old, the woman who leased us the apartment originally was a beast. The laundry facilities are disgusting but they are putting in new washers and dryers in every unit. They didnt give us much notice but they were installed in pretty good time. I was happy with their work. Everything else is just normal apartment life. Yes its loud, what do you expect' Not unbearable. There were some vandalism problems but they seem to have taken care of that. Everything else is minor. The parking does suck but I dont know where it would be better. Over all, I would stay even if they raised the rent a little.
